This ToS contains all my rules for Commissions, Adoptables and YCHs. My english is not the best, but i hope it's understandable.
If you have any question, don't hesitate asking me!

Commissions and YCHs

- I only wait 3 days for the payment, if you have any issues don’t be afraid of asking for a little more time
- I don’t do refunds after starting the drawing
- If you comission NSFW art, YOU NEED TO BE 18 OR OLDER.
- It can take me around 3 days to 4 weeks to finish a commission depending on the difficulty of the drawing, or my own time to work on them. I don’t give any exact deadline thanks to that.
- I don’t mind reposting, but please don’t forget the credits
- I will not accept commissions of my own OCs (Faith, Kyla, Melody, etc) in any kind of NSFW action.

1.- Payment

I only accept payment through Paypal in USD, except from Chile where you can use CuentaRUT. Full payment upfront.The way i do payments is by Paypal invoice, this way i can protect myself from posible scams and be sure that you’re paying the right amount! If i don’t receive the payment in 3 days, i will cancel the invoice and the order.I don’t do commisions for Points (DA), Amino Coins or any other kind of currency that isn’t real money.

2.- Reposting

I give you full permission of reposting the drawing anywhere. After all, its your order and it’s up to you what you do with it. This is always when proper credits are given, don’t pass my art as if it were you who made it.I always ask permission for reposting the orders myself, by giving me permission i’m allowed to: promote my art and post it on any of my social medias at any time.

3.- Process

It takes me around 3 days to 5 weeks to finish an order, this differs between difficulty and my own time to work on commisions. I try to show the sketch phase to see if any small change needs to be made. You're up to 3 small changes, any drastic change will be charge.If i have any issue that makes me unable to work on the commission at all, you’ll be notified.

4.- Refunds

I don’t do any refunds UNLESS im unable to finish a comission for any reason at all. If you want a refund for other reasons please ask me first and let’s see what we can do.

Adoptables

- First come first serve, i don’t do auctions for now. Only set prices.
- Only Paypal. Exceptions for Chile since i can accept payments by CuentaRUT
- All purchases will come with a high quality pic of your adopt without watermark
- I can hold adopts for only 24 hours.
- I still remain with credits for the design. If i see anybody claiming the design was created by them, i have the rights to block and avoid selling any adopts to you from now on.
- I dont do refunds.

2.- Use

I give you full permission to repost the adopt anywhere you want. Credits are always appreciated but not necessary in this case. The same goes as drawing or ordering commissions for the bought design.You can change any part of the design, name, etc. No need to ask me, the adopt belongs to you now.

3.- Re-Selling

Gifting or re-selling the design is completely allowed. But please avoid selling it for a higher price that you pay for, unless it has extra art. Please remember that i still have the credits for the design creation, if you sell it please remember to give me proper credits for it.
